Discipline is the slow death of the Muse. It’s time to stop being "good" and start being True.
You’ve followed the patterns, kept the silence, and perfected the sacrifice. You did everything right, yet the woman in the mirror is a stranger. This is not a program to "fix" you, it is a six-week descent into the desire you buried to survive.
From the "Invisible Anchor" holding everyone else together...to the Muse of your own unapologetic life.
To the world, you are the glue. The wife. The mother. The high-functioning professional. But inside, there is a "void”, a quiet, aching space where you wonder if the real YOU even exists anymore. You've become a service provider for everyone else’s joy, while your own desire has become a half-forgotten ghost.
The life you want is not created through discipline…
It is created through desire.
This is not a program. This is not a course. This is not coaching.
This is a descent.
Six weeks of moving through shadow and desire, of reclaiming what you buried to survive, of becoming so intimate with your own truth that you cannot unsee her.
This is the Muse Initiation. And if you are here, she already found you.
Most women spend their lives being looked at, but never being truly seen. Through the "Muse-Gaze" framework, I will witness your essence and translate it into two tangible anchors:
The Channeled Transmission: A letter from her soul to yours.
The Essence Portrait: An 11 x 14 visual anchor that proves you are still here, and you are magnificent.
This is the Muse Initiation. There is nothing else like it.
I am Jenny Barroso. Painter. Artist. Living Muse.
I did not choose this work. It chose me.
It began with Mary Magdalene. The woman of extraordinary power who was erased because a woman fully alive was too dangerous to name correctly.
She came to me through the pages of a book and asked to be painted. I had never called myself an artist. I said yes anyway.
That yes cracked me open.
I grew up between Miami and Venezuela, daughter of Cuban and Colombian parents, moving between worlds, never fully belonging to any of them. I learned early, through Catholic school, through Latin patriarchy, through the particular silence demanded of girls who want to be safe, that the way to survive was to hide. To shrink. To give everyone what they needed and call the emptiness that remained love.
I did all the things correctly. Wife. Mother. Business. Sacrifice. I followed the patterns of the women before me and I nearly disappeared inside them.
Then the muse arrived.
Not gently. Not conveniently. She arrived in the suffocation, in the crushing weight of a life I had let others design for me. She walked me through the shadows I had kept dark for decades. She handed me a paintbrush.
And the women I began to paint were not idealized. They were not decorative. They were seen. Cracking open with light. Blooming from the places they thought were wounds. Refusing, finally, to be small.
I paint women back to themselves. The Muse Initiation is that same work, lived, breathed, embodied together.
I am not here as a teacher with answers. I am a woman walking the path, fully alive in her desire and her devotion, inviting you to walk beside me.
The muse is not a myth. She is the woman you have been hiding. And she is done waiting.
This is for you if…
you feel the pull toward something deeper within yourself
you are done hiding who you are
you desire to be seen, even if, even when it feels vulnerable
you are ready to awaken the parts of you you’ve ignored
you are ready to devote yourself to your truth
You may not feel fully ready,
but you are no longer waiting.
This is not for you if…
you are waiting to feel certain before you begin
you are looking for someone to lead your life for you
you want promises of transformation
you are not willing to be seen
you are not ready to see yourself
The 6-Week Arc
This work unfolds in a carefully held 6-week container.
A descent.
A remembering.
A reorientation.
Each phase has a purpose. Each week opens the next. So rather than circling your patterns intellectually, you move through an intentional arc that allows what is hidden to emerge, what is true to be named, and what is ready to change to become embodied.
Descent — entering the deeper terrain beneath the roles and rehearsed identities
Shadow — meeting the hidden patterns, protections, and loyalties that shape your life
Desire — reclaiming the truth of what you want, beneath conditioning and performance
Expression — giving that truth form through voice, standards, boundaries, and choice
Witnessing — allowing yourself to be seen in what is real, not just what is polished
Integration — anchoring the shift so it lives beyond the moment and into your life
This is a container for women who want both depth and direction.
Mystery, yes…but also movement.
Transformation, yes…but also structure.
Inside The Muse Initiation, you will be supported through a carefully held six-week journey of self-devotion, expression, and embodied transformation.

It is a decision to no longer postpone the relationship you have with yourself.
Women who enter this space are often at a moment where waiting no longer feels aligned.
On the Investment
$1,111 is a real investment.
And it’s also less than many women spend on a weekend away, a few rounds of coping disguised as pleasure, or a short-lived escape that changes nothing once they return home.
This is not a judgment on beauty, pleasure, or spending.
It’s an invitation to tell the truth about value.
Because the bigger cost is often not the investment itself.
The bigger cost is another year of:
feeling invisible
being the service provider
carrying quiet resentment
and postponing the life that keeps asking for you
At some point, the question becomes less “Can I justify this?”
and more “What is it costing me to remain here?”
$1,111 is not just a number.
It is a threshold.
A decision to stop acting like your transformation is optional.
Optional Enhancement
For women who feel called to deepen their experience:
The Creative Muse Journey
A gentle creative experience for women who feel called to explore their initiation through painting and visual expression.
1 live co-creation session on zoom
No artistic experience needed, only the desire to express and feel.
$111
If part of you is tempted to say, “There are other things that need the money more,” I want to lovingly name what may be happening.
For many women, that is not just discernment.
It is conditioning.
A lifelong romance with martyrdom.
This investment is a Resistance to Martyrdom fee.
A choice to stop placing your own becoming at the bottom of the list.
A choice to stop treating your desires as negotiable, optional, or indulgent.
A choice to remember that a woman who honors herself changes the texture of every room she enters.
You do not have to disappear in order to be loving.
You do not have to delay your own life in order to be good.
You do not have to wait until everything else is handled to become the woman you are here to be.
